Revisions & returns
Custom-made products are produced to approved specifications. Before production, review spelling, artwork, placement, dimensions, colours, sizing, quantities and mockups carefully. Revision rounds, sample approval and charges must be agreed in writing. If an item arrives damaged or materially differs from the approved specification, contact the studio promptly with the order details and clear photographs. Return, replacement and refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law and the agreed order terms; this template requires legal review before launch.
