Kelvarin collects the information you submit through quote and contact forms, including contact details, project specifications and optional artwork files, to review and respond to your enquiry. Access should be limited to authorized studio staff. Do not submit sensitive personal data. Keep submitted files only as long as needed for enquiry handling, order fulfilment, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Contact the studio at info@kelvarinstitches.com to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
To reduce spam, the quote form also uses a keyed, hashed version of your IP address for rate limiting; records expire after 48 hours and are removed on the next public form request or scheduled cleanup. Quote upload tickets expire after 30 minutes, and abandoned artwork files are removed during scheduled cleanup. Vercel and Supabase may process technical data under their own privacy policies while hosting this site and its data.
