Custom order terms
A custom order begins with an enquiry and a written quote. Production should start only after the client approves the final specification and any required deposit/payment terms. The client confirms they own or have permission to use submitted artwork, logos, fonts and reference material. Quantities, minimum order requirements, material substitutions, tolerances, digitizing fees, sampling, revision rounds, delivery and cancellation terms should be written into the order confirmation. Colours and embroidery results can vary slightly across screens, fabrics and production methods. Do not treat this template as a signed contract; confirm the terms for each order.
IMPORTANT: This is starter policy copy, not legal advice. Have it reviewed and adapt it to your actual business practices before launch.
